This Privacy Policy explains how Feline Friend LLC, doing business as Royal Persian Cats (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit royalpersiancats.com (the “Site”) or contact us about a kitten. We are based in Mansfield, Texas, and we work with families across the United States, so this policy is written to cover the privacy rights that may apply to you wherever you live.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our inquiry form, text, call, or email us, we collect what you choose to provide:

• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Your city or general area (optional)
• Which kitten or color you’re interested in
• Anything you tell us about your home (for example, whether you have children or other pets) so we can match you with the right kitten

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, when you visit the Site we automatically collect technical information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the page that referred you, and how you interact with the Site. We also capture basic campaign/referral details (such as UTM tags and a Google Click ID) so we know which ad or link brought you to us.

Payment information. If you reserve a kitten, a deposit is arranged directly between you and us. We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers on this Site. Any payment you make is handled by you and us directly or through a third-party payment method, subject to that provider’s own privacy terms.

We do not create user accounts, and we do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of data (such as Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, biometric, or health data) through this Site.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Respond to your inquiry and answer questions
• Match you with a suitable kitten and arrange a reservation, deposit, and pickup or delivery
• Send you service messages about your inquiry or reservation
• Send marketing or promotional messages only if you’ve asked to hear from us (you can opt out anytime)
• Measure and improve our Site and advertising (analytics and ad performance)
• Protect the Site against spam, fraud, and abuse
• Comply with our legal obligations

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as needed:

• Service providers who run the Site and our communications on our behalf — for example our web host and form/email infrastructure (Cloudflare) and our email delivery. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
• Advertising and analytics partners — we use Google Analytics and Google Ads (including remarketing). Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. Texas residents who are unsatisfied may also contact the Texas Attorney General. Residents of other states may contact their own Attorney General.

Marketing opt-out. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, reply STOP to texts, or contact us. We may still send non-marketing messages about your inquiry or reservation.

6. How long we keep information

We keep your information only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, complete a reservation, meet legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. When it’s no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7. How we protect information

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s privacy

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
